New Zealand (via track & trace) $0
Australia (via airmail) $25 (free over $200)
This standard shipping rate will be added to your order during the checkout process after you have entered your physical postal address details. You won't be charged extra for large orders.
Parcel Delivery and Dispatch
We strive to provide a speedy, efficient service to our customers and therefore will aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to your door. In some rare cases if there is a delay, we will contact you and keep you up to date with your order.
All parcels are sent via track & trace. If you would prefer 'signature required' courier delivery, please email us once your order has been placed and we will arrange it for you. If the courier feels there is no safe place to leave the parcel, they will leave a 'card to call'. You will then be able to either collect from the depot or arrange a convenient time when you are home to deliver.
As we are not responsible for packages being sent to an incorrect address, please check that the delivery address is correct when you place your order. Although we are unable to offer any compensation for lost parcels, each parcel has a tracking number and we will do our best to assist you with locating it. If your parcel has gone missing, please contact us via phone (09) 476 7533 or email us through the 'Contact Us' page on our website for assistance.
If the couriers are unable to deliver the parcel after the second attempt and if they receive no response from the 'card to call', they will return the parcel to us after a few days. We will inform you as soon as it has been returned and will advise you of the two options that you have: Firstly, we can arrange for the parcel to be redelivered and will advise you of the delivery charge. Secondly, we can arrange for a refund, less the postage cost, provided it is within 30 days of the dispatch date.
