Buying the correct size will give you the best results. However, there are some body shapes that might influence which size will be best for you:

Body shape

The designers have attempted to design these products to suit as many different body types, shapes and heights as possible. Unfortunately it is not possible to suit every single body. If your shape is disproportionately larger in your lower body than your upper body you will probably require the next size up. This may result in an excess of fabric in the upper body, but this can be tucked under the bra - excess fabric will not roll down – you will still benefit from the smoothing and control features of the product.

Height in relation to size

If you could be considered tall in comparison to your dress size or have a long torso, you may also require the next size up to allow sufficient fabric to extend to under-bust area. Similarly, a short person with a short torso may find the upper part of the garment is not as controlling as the next size down.
