Hosiery care

How to put them on:

  1. Remove any rings/bling from your hands and moisturise your hands, feet and legs;
  2. Scrunch up one leg of the tights and then pull them gently from your toes upwards – same goes for the other leg;
  3. Good point to remember, don’t pull up with your nails!
  4. Your choice of knickers will depend on whether or not they slip down and if you’ll need to keep hiking them up or not. Cotton undies are therefore better than silky ones.
  5. Beware of buckles, straps, zips, clasps and hooks.

Repair tips:

  1. In an emergency, you can do a quick fix using the following:
  2. clear nailpolish
  3. hairspray
  4. ‘White Out’

Care and storage:

  1. Not a good idea to throw them straight into the wash! Either handwash or use a good wash bag. (Our silky sac is a great option).
  2. You can store each pair individually in plastic ziplock bags to prevent them rubbing against anything else in your drawer.
